STEP 1 : Designing Your Experience
We create a custom-designed experience, including private image galleries for each participant with your chosen branding, message, and activation links. Our headshot sign-up form can be branded and modified to include specific data collection based on your needs
STEP 2 : Creating Headshots On-Demand
We install our headshot station with optional signage, slideshows, and even professional hair and makeup to create the ultimate experience for your attendees. We collect information from each participant, then use professional lighting, posing direction, and expression coaching to create beautiful, professional headshots for each person.
STEP 3 : Instant Delivery!
Each participant’s headshots are instantly delivered to their email within seconds of the final click. All the images are displayed in a private, individual gallery complete with your chosen logo, messaging, and call to action.
STEP 4 : Lead Generation and Beyond
At the end of each day, we will provide you with a full list of the participants and all the information collected from them at sign-up. We have already handled the delivery of all the images to each participant, leaving no work to do. We will continue to host and manage the photos for you while you use the lead list.

A single headshot booth efficiently captures 20-30 professional headshots per hour. For larger events or higher volume needs, additional stations can be added.
We recommend a minimum of 100 square feet (10′ x 10′) for our headshot booth, along with access to power and internet. An area of 200 square feet (20′ x 10′) is preferred for the best experience, but we can work within a variety of room dimensions based on availability.
You will have full usage rights to your headshots, enabling you to use them across all your professional digital and print platforms, including LinkedIn, company websites, and marketing materials.
